Framework IT Celebrates Employee Success at Annual EMSPY Awards

Chicago, IL – Framework IT held its second annual Excellence in Managed Service Provider Awards on Wednesday, September 14th.

The awards ceremony recognizes all Framework IT team members while highlighting those who exemplified company values throughout the year, selected from peer feedback.

Systems Analyst, Matt Urban was recognized for their commitment to Teamwork and their support of the entire Framework IT team and our partners.

Alex Pilalis, Framework’s IT Service Manager, earned recognition for Pride. At Framework IT, we don’t just work, we build, and Alex exemplified this value with his dedication to bettering outcomes for our partners and the service team.

Reymond Nava, Tier 1 Team Lead was awarded for excellence in Relentlessness. Reymond demonstrates a consistent willingness to push limits, take risks and learn for the benefit of the entire team.

Andrew Pruitt, Tier 1 Team Lead was recognized for his Integrity. At Framework IT, we are committed to making it right no matter what and Andrew exemplifies this value daily.

Sarah Fader, Operations Associate, was recognized for her commitment to Inclusion. Sarah continuously advocates for diversity and inclusion within the company.

Since joining Framework IT less than a year ago, Ruben Lopez has excelled as a Systems Analyst, consistently going above and beyond to support peers and partners, for that, Ruben was recognized as 2022 Rookie of the Year.

Operations Manager, Maggie Higgins earned the title of Framework IT’s MVP for her overall contributions and dedication to Framework IT.

“We’re really grateful for the way the Framework team has maintained a dedication to excellence over the past 24 months which I think most would agree have been challenging,” said Ross Dolce, Chief Operations Officer.
