Cradle to Grave is a call trace function that presents all call events that occurred from the beginning to the end of a call through a simplified display minimalist version of a full call trace as in the following screenshot. This report can be viewed for all extensions with the user scope of Office Manager.

Log into the Office Manager portal at voice.frameworkit.com. Once logged in click on the Reporting tab. From the Reporting page find the call whose Cradle to Grave report you wish to review. Then click on the Hearbeat icon to the far right of the call. You will then see the Cradle to Grave report for the selected call.

The report follows the calls path from the beginning to end. Depending on the configuration of the telephony system there may be more or less information on the report.
